Book the Park Hall for your family reunion, birthday party, memorial, wedding or benefit. The hall has tables and chairs for 200 people, a stage for a band, sound system, stage lighting, 80″ LED TV and a bar/kitchenette.
LPRP Hall Rental Policy Aug 2021
Beginning Sept 1, 2021, the rental, cleaning and maintenance of the Park Hall will be booked, managed and overseen by the LPRP clubhouse manager and staff with the consultation of the LPRP Board. The clubhouse will not book any rentals for the following year (s) until the park and golf course schedule of events have been approved and posted. Usually by Aug 15 each year.
The hall will not be available for rent on weekends that conflict with park or golf course events and will not be available on the July or Aug long weekends.
The decks, BBQ and grill are not included in the hall rental. Use of these items will require prior approval from the clubhouse manager.
The kitchen is shared by the hall and clubhouse. It is not intended to prepare meals but used as a server and bar only.
All renters of the hall will be charged as per the following fee schedule:
$400 for the first day (10am to 10am)24hrs
$200 for each additional day with booking (24hrs)
$50/hour for meeting or partial days
A $300 damage deposit is required at the time of booking. The renter is required to clean the hall and to put everything away after use. If the hall is not cleaned to the clubhouse staff’s satisfaction, the damaged deposit will be forfeited and used to hire professional cleaners to clean the hall.

The following groups will not be charged for the use of the hall:
- Golf committee holding a committee event
- Social committee holding a committee event
- LPRP board sanctioned event or meeting
- Clubhouse sponsored events
These groups must still book and have prior approval from the clubhouse manager and must clean the hall after their use.
